I have used the Animal Center for many years. They are compassionate and caring. Always willing to fit you in with a sick pet. Dr. Pat is friendly,kind, and caring. Calls and checks on your pets when they are sick. Both Dr’s are very kind, professional and have a great deal of knowledge to share. As a whole I would highly recommend their service for your fur babies.

First of all she is very patient, loving and Very caring towards my dog. She treats him like he's her own pet. I bring my other dog Tyson to her as well. The whole office from technicians to front desk are very friendly and considerate. Dr. Baffa always does whatever it takes to see my pet even without making an appointment when it’s an emergency. I drive about 45 just to make sure my dog has the best care with Dr. Baffa. I Recommend her to all pet owners. I have been taking Buddy to her for the last 4 years. I’m very lucky to have found a Vet that I can trust I will continue to use her and the Animal Center for years to come. Dr. Baffa is very honest and will let you know what she suggests for your pet. She will give you options and then you choose what’s best for your pet. There’s no stress involved in any way, shape or form. I consider Dr Baffa and the Animal Center LI part of my family.

Most unprofessional Vet visit I ever experienced so too many reasons to llist but I have plenty of pics to prove it. I can’t even tell you the name of my doctor because I was only emailed a confirmation request so you obviously have my email, where is the copy of my bill in email?? Where is results I can save on my computer via email?? Cause any paper work was destroyed by some oily stuff that was obviously not closed correctly and put in the same bag as the paper work eve though I had folders common Sencepsper comes in folders.Again I have pictures.Furthermore I come from Middle Village Queens it’s an hour drive. Then my Appt time of 8:30 turns into 9:30 & I’m finally out at 10:15 then another hour drive home but my puppies are too young to be outside so common sense from a Vet that 2 young puppies are spending 4 hours not taking a poop??? I expect more knowledgeable staff My Appt time is my Appt time if there is an emergency then use text or email to contact me to say my Appt time has to change Thus is not rocket science is common sense and common courtesy!
